Inspired by the beautiful smooth pebble of Chesil Beach, Weymouth this large "Pebble" sculpture comprises three separate hollow stoneware hand built components sitting on a metal rod and on a beechwood and ceramic base.  The finial pebble is impressed with a fossil and is highlighted with 24carat gold leaf.  The largest rock measures approx 26cm diameter.  All rocks are made with a combination of stoneware clays including locally sourced Jurassic clay from the Fleet Lagoon, Weymouth.
